Nightmare

I was woken up by my little sister watching cartoons. Checked the time, it was 8:30am.
After lying in my bed for half an hour I found strength to get up and start my routine. By the time I got myself in order it was 10am. Cartoons were as always still on and probably will remain on for next 2 hours.
"What are you watching kiddo?"- I asked my sis while giving her a hug. Since my father passed away 5 years ago and my mother works I need to babysit her.
"My little pony!"- she said happily. Ann loved that show so from time to time I joined in to keep her company. She is 6 and very smart for her age. When I have some free time I teach her simple maths. I needed to go shopping so I took her with me. She found joy in everything and just her being there made me relaxed and happy.
"Danny, look on the Tv"- she said pointing on the screen across the room. Worker was showing his customer channels and on everyone there were news. Massive riots everywhere, murders, violence and destruction beyond imaginable. I couldn't comprehend what was going on. Yes, riots and protests happened often but this is something new. Suddenly woman covered in blood ran into the store. Her eyes were filled with fear and terror.
"Are you okay madam?"- Manager asked her from a safe distance. She was bleeding terribly and ever tho I'm not a doctor I knew she won't live long even if we stop the bleeding. Ann was afraid and she held my hand so hard my fingers became numb.
"Don't worry, she is just an actress. Movie is shooting nearby and I guess she tough this was her set."- I lied to her. I had to.
"I want to go home!"- She was screaming and I could understand her. I wanted to escape this madness as well. Everyone panicked and ran away from the store. Screams followed them. I didn't see anything but I heard noise and screams from the streets. People were marching. But something was wrong. There was no shouting which you would expect from a riot. Manager saw it to and led everyone who left to a storage room. It had metal, heavy doors and thick walls.
"Let's just stay here until everything settles down. My name is Tony."- Manager tried to keep us calm but we bot knew that something bad is happening. I turned around and saw that lady but she wasn't bleeding anymore. She stared at me with pale eyes and wide open mouth.
"Hello?"- I said as she grabbed my arm and big it.
"You dumb bitch!"- I pushed her away but she charged at me again. This time I dodged and she bit the manager. I quickly grabbed Ann and putted her in a big safe.
"Don't worry, big brother has to do something and he will be right back, okay?"- she nodded. She didn't even know what is going on. As I locked the doors-I left her spare key I found- I felt something on my neck. Pain was terrible. I crashed and became sleepy. There was nothing, no light, nothing only darkness.
I woke up. Checked the time, it was 8:30, and my sis was watching cartoons. After I've done my ritual I sat down for a bit with her.
"Hey, wanna go to the store with me?"
