Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: May 4, 2026

Welcome to HorrorSchool, operated by Destination Creation. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your access to and use of our platform, APIs, and generative tools. By using our services, you agree to abide by this policy.

HorrorSchool is designed as a specialized production tool for digital artists, independent filmmakers, and storytellers to explore dark aesthetics, suspense, and cinematic horror. However, to ensure a safe environment and comply with our financial and infrastructural partners, strictly defined boundaries must be maintained.

1. Fictional & Cinematic Scope

HorrorSchool is intended exclusively for the creation of fictional, cinematic, and artistic content. While our models are tuned to accommodate dark themes, practical effects aesthetics, and psychological thriller elements, these outputs must firmly remain within the realm of artistic expression. Any attempt to pass off AI-generated horror as real-life events or news is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Content & Behavior

You may not use HorrorSchool to generate, upload, or distribute any of the following:

  • Real-World Violence & Harm: Content depicting, inciting, or glorifying violence against real people, animals, or property. This includes the promotion of self-harm, terrorism, or extremist activities.
  • Illegal Acts: Content that facilitates, encourages, or provides instructions on how to perform illegal acts, including but not limited to the creation of weapons, illicit substances, or cyber-attacks.
  • Non-Consensual Deepfakes & Impersonation: Generating imagery, audio, or video of real, identifiable individuals (including public figures, politicians, or private citizens) without their explicit, documented consent.
  • Child Safety & Exploitation: Any content that depicts, promotes, or implies the sexualization or exploitation of minors. Any violation of this will result in an immediate, permanent ban and a report to relevant legal authorities.
  • Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII): The generation of pornographic material or sexual violence involving real individuals.
  • Hate Speech & Harassment: Content designed to harass, dox, bully, or promote hatred and discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.
  • Deceptive Practices: Using the platform for fraud, spam, political misinformation, or malicious manipulation of public opinion.

3. Intellectual Property

You are responsible for the inputs (prompts, reference images, scripts) you provide to HorrorSchool. You must not upload copyrighted material, trademarks, or proprietary assets belonging to third parties without the necessary licenses or permissions.

4. Enforcement and Suspension

We reserve the right to monitor platform usage to ensure compliance with this AUP. Automated systems and human review may be utilized to flag potentially violating content.

  • Account Termination: Destination Creation reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account found in violation of this policy, without prior notice or refund.
  • Reporting: If you encounter content generated by HorrorSchool that violates this AUP, please report it immediately to our support team.
